  1. Wash and rinse hands thoroughly and pat dry with a clean, lint-free towel.
  2. Remove your right lens from the case and rinse with solution.Contacts_Banner_Proof.jpg
  3. Place the lens on the tip of your index finger and inspect.
  4. Check and make sure there is nothing on the lens.
  5. Keep your head up and look straight ahead.
  6. Pull down your lower eyelid with your middle finger.
  7. Use the finger of the other hand to lift the upper eyelid.
  8. Place the lens on the lower white of your eye.
  9. Remove you index finger and release the lower lid.
  10. Look down. Close your eyes for a moment, the lens will center itself.
  11. Repeat steps 2-10 for insertion of the left lens.
