- Wash and rinse hands thoroughly and pat dry with a clean, lint-free towel.

Remove your right lens from the case and rinse with solution.
- Place the lens on the tip of your index finger and inspect.
- Check and make sure there is nothing on the lens.
- Keep your head up and look straight ahead.
- Pull down your lower eyelid with your middle finger.
- Use the finger of the other hand to lift the upper eyelid.
- Place the lens on the lower white of your eye.
- Remove you index finger and release the lower lid.
- Look down. Close your eyes for a moment, the lens will center itself.
- Repeat steps 2-10 for insertion of the left lens.
